Worksop Miners Welfare Band

This is a unique collection of brass band music spanning three centuries. Unique on two counts – its comprehensive nature and longevity. The library includes collections from the former Shireaoks and Firbeck Colliery Bands.

There are over 1700 records, including some which are duplicated, where two sets of one item exist, and some which are un-numbered owing to their inclusion in either Gband or Dband collections. Some items will have the same number where they are backed up, although listed separately by title.

Brass Band music collections which are no longer in use can be accommodated and preserved. Please contact the Secretary before disposing of any music.
